What is collected

  • Newsletter. Your email address and the time you gave consent.
  • Email enquiries. Your message and the contact details you include.

The website uses no cookies and no tracking. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

  • Newsletter. Sent on the basis of your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every issue.

  • Hosting. Processed for the secure operation of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f).

Who processes the data

The newsletter is sent through MailerLite, the site is hosted by Cloudflare, and email is hosted by Simply.com. Each acts as a data processor on behalf of Counter Risk Insights. Where a processor transfers data outside the EU, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long data is kept

  • Newsletter. Until you unsubscribe. Your address is then deleted.
  • Email enquiries. As long as needed to handle the enquiry, and no longer than two years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.
